Throughout this article, the authors briefly address the problem of the current, interesting and important criminal law of the relationship between the unit of complex offense and the concurrent offenses, considering some of the solutions (traditional or - on the contrary - presenting novelty) for which the new Romanian criminal legislature chose, in the regulation of coding from 2009. The article goes beyond the mere findings stage, scoring a critical point approach, outlining some possible ways of solving specific situations, based on factual assumptions appropriate to certain incrimination rules and advancing suggestions of ferend law in the field.
