摘要

As the increasing international concern for global climate change and low-carbon economy, energy-saving and emission-reduction have become an international hotspot. China has begun to develop Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) since 1990s. However, its development has faced financial difficulties around nation. Traditional financing mode cannot provide sufficient capital for energysaving industry. This paper makes innovation on financing mode of EPC in China, including establishing multilevel financing market system, enlarging the range of financing market traders, innovating financing tools, and setting proper trading price, which will make good effects on China's low-carbon economy.
