At the background of development and design of Wuxi PangooSky's software as a service (SaaS) support management platform, the platform architecture, service function, and application function were introduced. Starting from the three design focus, the technology of development was analyzed. SaaS platform architecture consists of basic multiple layers system, platform system, and management system. System improves concurrency in the greatest degree, designs system based on the SaaS model, and to ensure that configuration software application process is easy to understand and use for the customer, and do not need to consider paying any additional development and maintenance costs.
