摘要

Organizational innovation climate is an important environmental factor, it sends a signal that organizations expect the behavior as well as the possibility of the results of the behavior. The development of modern enterprises cannot do without innovation behavior, and good innovation atmosphere will help to enhance the innovative behavior of the employees. Therefore, this paper selects TH Chemical Limited Liability Company for case analysis and explores the influence of organizational innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) atmosphere on the employee innovative behavior. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to form a good atmosphere of organization innovation and improve innovation behavior of employees of the SMEs in western China.
