Fiber reinforced plastics produced with in-situ-pultrusion are supposed to be used as local reinforcement of injection molded plastic parts. For this purpose, the pultruded parts are overmolded in an injection molding process. For reasons of processability, parts made with in-situ-pultrusion consist of cast polyamide 6 (PA6). This cast PA6 differs from standard injection molding PA6. It has to be made sure that a good bonding between the partners can be reached nonetheless. To test this bonding, a new test specimen was developed. Conditioning states were varied systematically. In tensile tests, the bond strength was evaluated. The results will be presented in this paper.
