This paper presents a novelEQF level 7 Building Educational Program, implemented under MEnS's Horizon2020 project framework. The program has been organized in different countries across Europe with common structure and learning outcomes. The objective is to upgrade professional skills in NZEB design and construction, thus increasing the experts' capacity to tackle NZEB implementation in actual building stock. Courses are delivered by Universities in collaboration with market players. Universities are in charge of delivering and accrediting the courses while market actors and professional associations have a significant role in the continuous improvement process.
