We have established a versatile one-pot, single-step, and rapid technique to synthesize metal oxide nanoparticle (NP) assemblies such as TiO2, SiO2, ZnO, ZrO2, and CeO2 as well as their composites.1-3) In expectation of new property, herein, we applied our approach to afford CeO2-SiO2 NP composites, since SiO2 is highly attracted material to improve specific surface area and heat tolerance of CeO2.
