摘要

Fluorescence imaging is an indispensable tool for live-cell detection of biological functions such as enzyme activity and bio-molecule dynamics, and various fluorescent probes have been developed. Nevertheless, few fluorescent probes have reported for detection of flow of metabolism involving many enzyme reactions in live cells due to difficulty in development of fluorescence sensing mechanism using metabolic reactions. Since various metabolic pathways in cancer cells are largely different from those in normal cells, it is important to develop fluorescent probes that can detect metabolic pathways for understanding metabolism in cancer cells and developing anti-cancer therapy.
