Information and communications technology (ICT) is an indispensable means in today's higher education teaching. Teachers' ICT ability is also related to the cultivation of innovative talents, teaching interaction effect, teachers' self-development and many other issues. This paper makes in-depth interviews with front-line teachers in a university. Through semi-structured Q & A and post-processing data, this paper analyzes the current situation of ICT application, the value of teaching research and teaching reform, the benefits of teachers' development, and the ways to improve ICT ability.
