摘要

The traditional management model of open and selection course needs to consume a lot of manpower cost and time cost, and low intelligence is the key factor that restricts the development of URP system to intelligent. Based on the analysis of the connotation and management process of the traditional management model of opening course and selecting course, and the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, this paper restructures the business process and decision management of course selection. The decision model of course selection based on preference theory and the management model of course selection based on URP system are put forward. This model reduces the human cost and time cost of teaching management staff, teachers and students, and improves the management efficiency of teaching operation. It is hoped that it can promote the development of Educational Administration Management and Educational Administration Information System in the direction of intelligence.
