Based on the SERVQUAL model, the paper, aiming at the five-dimensional evaluation model of e-commerce entrepreneurship curriculum education service quality management in colleges and universities, selects 10 university ecommerce entrepreneurship courses as cases. When the instructor is a dual-teacher type and only uses the flipped classroom teaching method, we evaluate the quality of education services from the perspective of student perception, hoping to explore the gaps in the evaluation of e-commerce entrepreneurship curriculum education services from various dimensions. The research finds: (1) Under the condition of adopting traditional e-commerce entrepreneurship courses, the quality of education services generally gives students a low sense of identity, and there is not much room for improvement, showing that traditional ecommerce teachers have little effect on the quality of entrepreneurship education; (2) among all dimensions, the highest satisfaction is teacher’s practice major and the diversification of flipped classroom teaching with internet multimedia courseware, showing that simultaneous existence of flipped classroom practice teaching will help maximize quality satisfaction.
