A utility has been built to find a suitable frequency for applying a commercial high frequency transformer to manage a 380 volt DC from a 12 volt battery. The 380 volt DC is a common off grid for DC network meanwhile the amateur user it is not uncommon to use the commercial transformer for generating high voltage. The critical problem is always in determining the tuned frequency for the transformer to obtain the optimum power efficiency and the output voltage that is needed. The microcontroller by touching the push on switches will increase the frequency by subtracting or increasing the value in register ICR1 or the certain determined output voltage is reached. Normally at the frequency around of 65 kHz will give the output to about 380 volt from the switching transformer.
