The swing and over elongation of the compensating chain will affect the safe operation of the elevator. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies a detection device for anti-swing and over elongation of elevator compensation chain. It can effectively prevent the swing of the compensating chain when the elevator is running. At the same time, it can detect the elongation of compensating chain. To prevent the compensating chain swing and over elongation resulting in falling, breaking and other risks and to eliminate the hidden danger of the elevator. The elevators are running abnormal noise, shaking of the car and other condition. It is mainly caused by compensating chain elongation and large swing after elongation. Therefore, in view of the above situation, it is very necessary to study the detection device of the elevator compensating chain anti-swing and over elongation.
