摘要

This paper analyzes a duopoly market under the two-stage Hotelling game model with horizontal differentiation and network externality in cement market. The presence of network externality not only improves the consumer's willingness to purchase, but also intensifies the competition between two cement enterprises. The optimal investment decision in site symmetry of two cement enterprises with network externality are putting into new energy transport capacity. The optimal amount of investment, optimal pricing and optimal location are gained. Comparison results show that the existence of network externality cans improve net social welfare effectively.
