1. Introduction When we look at the recent developments by commercial space companies it is not plausible to refuse a future with operational human-rated commercial space transportation (CST) vehicles. These vehicles are often designed to have reusability like the United States' Space Shuttle, which fuselage can tolerate harsh atmospheric and outer space environments (i.e. escaping from the Earth's atmosphere, entering the Earth's orbit and penetrate the atmosphere again to return on the ground) for multiple launches. CST vehicles are thus an infrastructure that bridges the Earth and outer space alike to aircrafts that connect states and nations. Not only governments would use this new type of infrastructure to send crews and cargo to the International Space Station (ISS), the Moon and other destinations in space, but also it will be used by business and private passengers in the future.
