摘要

We examine the impacts of firms’cooperative capacity on firms’ technical innovation and administrative innovation from the perspective of inter-firm cooperation. Based on knowledge-based theory, we further test the mediating effects of knowledge creation in the relationships between firm’s cooperative capacity and organizational innovation. The results indicate that, cooperative capacity has positive impacts on both technical innovation and administrative innovation,knowledge creation is a full mediator in the relationships between cooperative capacity and technical innovation, and a partial mediator in the relationships between cooperative capacity and administrative innovation. The conclusions of this paper provide important implications for researchers to further understand the relationships among cooperative capacity,knowledge creation and organizational innovation, and also provide important guidance for practical firms to effectively manage organizational innovation.
