摘要

In cold mill rolling force model,typically takes on metal deformation resistance and friction coefficients are compared with exact calculations.This paper first gives a suitable for cold rolling deformation resistance and friction coefficient calculation model,applied to the Bland-Ford-Hill rolling force model.At the same time,discussed the deformation resistance and friction coefficient calculation model parameters optimization method,according to the measured data of the rolling force,using the least square method to determine the various model parameters.Based on the deformation resistance and friction coefficient calculation model of the rolling force calculation results and measured data are compared,the results showed that,calculation accuracy of rolling force and the measured values,which can be used for cold rolling production practice.
