摘要

On the rolling of H-Beam,the author developed the new rolling method with Universal Edging Mill: UE instead of 2 Hi Edging Mill.The reduction ratio of flange thickness on UE Mill can be more than 30％ by one pass and more than 40％ by successive two passes without rolling defect on the outer flange surface.As the result,compared with conventional semi-continuous mill for small H-Beams,the mill stand number and stock-rolls can be much reduced with keeping the same rolling productivity.And compared with UR/E/UF tandem mill for medium and large H-Beams,the rolling productivity can be much improved.And in this UR/UE/UF tandem mill,the sheet-pile can be also produced.
