Solving some tasks at flight tests requires the definition of trajectory parameters with high accuracy. Using SNS receivers with phase measurements and special program - software, which sanctions phase ambiguity and develops SNS differential mode data, allows to receive coordinates of a flight vehicle with expected accuracy about several tenths of a meter. However, in order to make legal obtaining navigational parameters of a flight vehicle at flight tests with the help of a differential mode of processing SNS phase measurements, it is necessary to estimate accuracy of navigational parameters. The accuracy of conventional means is insufficient to carry out parameter estimation of an SNS differential mode by phase measurements. The work contains a method to estimate obtained coordinates of a flight vehicle during flight tests.
