The article takes the medicine industry as an example, firstly carries on the unit root test and the cointegration test to the Panel Data; secondly constructs the long run equilibrium model and Error Correction Model to find out the motivating factors(including the regional factors) which influencing the industrial innovation, and the deviation degree to equilibrium, at the same time shows the degree and the range of each input factors working; and at last provides some suggestions for finding the method and making countermeasures to industrial innovation to.
