The vibration of electric equipment, such as reactor, can reflect the condition of the equipment. It is very important to measure and analyze the information of reactor vibration for the diagnosis of reactor operation. The vibration of the inner winding and core of the reactor cannot be measured directly, and the vibration measuring points are usually set on the external surface of the oil tank. In this paper, by comparing the vibration signals of reactor, the relationship between the vibration of external and internal measuring points is explored. Firstly, several vibration sensors are set on oil-immersed large reactor outside surface and inside, and different voltages are applied to the reactor to obtain the internal and external vibration signals of the reactor under the corresponding operating condition. Then, the effectiveness of PCC (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) and RSSR (Reciprocal of Sum Squared Residual) on the vibration correlation analysis is compared and analyzed. Finally, the average value of RSSR under different voltage levels is selected as the basis for evaluating the correlation, and the correlation between reactor external and internal measurement points is analyzed. The correspondence law between the external vibration measurement point and the internal measurement point is proposed.
