Heat Illness Prevention is vitally important to workers working outside in hot areas or indoors in hot environments. There are numerous deaths each year related to heat illness and with proper care, these can be prevented. It doesn't matter if the employee is working in the area of construction, or oil &gas, or agriculture, all of these types of work activities place these employees at a high risk of heat illness.
