A cross between sterile plant of a recessive GMS two-type line and a waxless line was made in Brassica napus L. All plants in F_1 generation were wax fertile. In F_2 generation, there were four types which were wax fertility, waxless fertility, wax sterility, and waxless sterility. The segregation ratio of the four types was 225:15:15:1. Some waxless plants in F_2 generation were selfed. In F_3 generation, all the plants were waxless. And the segregation ratios were 15:1, 3:1 and 100% fertile. The plants of fertility and sterility that the segregation of the line was 3:1 in F_3 were selfed and sibmated, respectively. In F_4 generation, a part of sib-mating show 100% fertile when the selfing of their pollinators show also 100% fertile. An other part of sib-mating show 1:1 as segregation ratio, when the selfing of their pollinator show 3:1 as segregation ratio. These sib-mating on disjunction are waxless two-type line of recessive GMS
