摘要

Based on the actual working conditions of scraper conveyer working in the mine, this paper has established a nonlinear, time-variant and dynamic coupled finite element model of scraper conveyer. It has constructed a shape function of scraper conveyer line, achieving the goal that the computer can model automatically. This paper, through examples, carried out digital simulation for such issues of the conveyer as starting, freely stopping, unusual load, chain block, the difference of chain's pitches and polygon effect of sprocket wheel's driving.
