摘要

Taking the cultural and creative industries becoming more and more mature in the world and China as the environmental background, and taking Beijing’s cultural and creative enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of their FDI model decision-making from the perspective of cultural distance and board capital. The results show that the six dimensions of cultural distance and the board capital factors have different degrees of influence on the FDI pattern of cultural and creative enterprises.
