Abstract: This paper will present controller designs for two-timescale systems with a unified approach using deltaoperators that guarantee stability with a knownH$+$INF$/ norm bound and also allow the incorporationof reliability with respect to failures in some controlchannels. Here, sensor (or measurement) outages casewill be studied. By such a unified approach, theprocedure and result for the solution are shown simplerand more accurate than those of discrete system usingshift operators.!14
