Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are a group of high toxic organics in waste and underground water because of its past extensive use by industry and its resistance to biodegradation under natural subsurface conditions. The applications of iron based bimetallic nanoparticles (Fe/Pd) in reductive degradation of chlorinated organics have been extensively studied.
