An analysis of the three member mechanism with higher kinematic pair, that is created by conjugate screw surfaces, is solved using the theory of screws. In a theoretical position the surface axes are in parallel position and the surfaces have a contact at the curve. Under acting force and temperature fields the correct parallel position of the surface axes changes into a skew position. The curve contact changes into contact at the point and the originally relative rolling motion changes into a spatial motion. Instantaneous state of the surfaces is expressed with the force screw, wrench and with kinematic screw, twist of their relative motion.
