摘要

Within the realm of the knowledge-based economy, technology is considered as one of the main enabling drivers for the contemporary organizational developments. One of them, the issue of managing individual and organizational knowledge seems to dominate technological thinking. The paper aims at presenting an innovative technological proposition for the operationalization of the management of knowledge in highly knowledge-intensive working environments. The tool presented comprises only the hard aspect of a more generic managerial practice that deals with knowledge management both from a technological and organizational angle. The entire system is still under evolution, and thus we limit our analysis in drawing analogies between the two aspects of this practice.
