Human civilization of the 21st century brings technological advancement,legal perfect and the development of enterprises.However,the development of enterprises is being disturbed by the behaviors about against business morality.The paper discusses the changes of humanity assumption on business management in the 21st century.The view that business morality will play leading role in the process of the development of enterprises in the 21st century is given based on above viewpoint about humanity assumption in the paper.After that,the paper put forwards the measures for fostering business morality to promote the development of enterprises in the 21st century.
