The paper compares the corporate culture between China and South Korea from six aspects including enterprise environment,the corporate values,corporate hero,enterprise system and behavior culture,network of corporate culture and corporate culture forming process.The dimensionalities include staff structure,interpersonal relations,internal authority,loyalty,social awareness,work ethic.We use the SPSS to do the data analysis,and then give some suggestions on that.
