摘要

The equal-channel angular extrusion of porous billets from copper powder material into the matrix with channels crossed under the angle of 90 degrees has been investigated. The microstructure and density of powder material have investigated at different values of accumulated deformation. The finite element analysis of equal-channel angular extrusion of porous powder samples at high hydrostatic pressure conditions has been provided on the basis of plasticity theory of porous body. A theoretical distribution of density obtained and failure conditions have defined. Implementation of new method of pressing of porous powder billets ensures production of high-density powder material with fine-grained structure due to dominance of shear deformations.
