Abstract: This report presents results theoretical and experimental investigation of a new type of the electro-discharge laser which has as a basis the strong rotated supersound flows. It has been shown that heat transfer inside supersound vortex flow can be related to convection-diffusion type and electrical power coupling in discharge can reach the level of 300 W/cm$+2$/. It is more than tow order higher than in ordinary gas discharge. The relations of similarity and scaling laws for vortex electro-discharge laser has been proposed. This laser and plasmatrons can be used for various biological, agricultural and forestrial processing. By suing this laser we can detect morphological and pathological skin's changing. !10
