摘要

There are many social responsibility problems in China's coal industry currently. Research on management of the coal industry social responsibility will be beneficial to implement strategies for sustainable development in corporation. This paper proceeds from the concept of corporate social responsibility and defines the core areas of coal enterprise social responsibility, which includes safety responsibility, economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility. Moreover, we analyze the main problems of the social responsibility management in China's coal industry, and then propose standard coal enterprise social responsibility management strategies and advice from the social and business perspective.
