摘要

Organizational learning is the most important strategic resources for technology-based enterprises to seize advantages in the dynamic and competitive environment. This paper analyzes the effects of differences of environment on the organizational learning methods and technology-based companies' performance. We are based on the conception mode of the relationships between multi dimension degrees of behavioral ways of organizational learning and enterprises' performances, taking IT companies in Zhu Jiang delta region as research examples. The result of the study is that the differences of mobility and competition of outside environment would adjust distinctively on enterprises and organizational leaming behavioral ways. That is to say, the mobility of environment takes effect on outside research learning, while the competition of environment affects on outside usage learning.
