摘要

Tax law has more and more influence on economic and social development along with the continuous improvement of the tax system. In this background, it is a big challenge for college teachers who teach tax law to improve teaching quality and stimulate students' learning motivation. Main reasons influencing on teaching effects are found through analysis, which include current textbooks' lack of timeliness, monotonous teaching method, deficient practical teaching, etc. A series of reform ideas are put forward in teaching content, teaching method and teaching practice. Through the reform, the course could stimulate students' interests in learning tax law, give what they want, teach what they need, and use multiple resources to create good environment to study.
