Both marketing capability and favorable customer relations are core competitiveness for financial institutions.Customers-benefit-oriented strategy such as customer maintenance plays an important role in marketing of financial service.The thesis sets forth the existing problems and probes into customer maintenance in service marketing, and offers some constructive suggestions related to it.
