摘要

In China's industrial system, the textile industry is one of the few industries which have internationally competitive advantages in international trade , but with environmental change of global finance and trade, the model of economic development mainly and excesssively relying on the elements with relatively low cost, the imports of technology and equipments, and the exports of products causes many problems. At the same time, enhancing the capability of independent innovation in textile and improving the contribution rate of science and technology has been gradually put on the agenda and reached a consensus.The paper mainly uses the analytical method of Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow Residual to research on the textile industry in China, and finally puts forward several proposals.
