摘要

This paper focuses on the K4 engine block production line of the A company. It collects and analyses the failuretime,data of OP10-OP30 and OP80 work stations of this production line. Then the mathematical statistics is used onthe verification of their distribution to ensure that the simulation results are closer to the real situation. On this basis,the eM-Plant software is applied to build the simulation model of this production hne. By means of the simulation modelwe can obtain the real and potential production capacity so as to determine their ability of meeting production plans forthe company and to provide supports for derision-making.
