摘要

On the basis of timing by modulating frequency analysis of ultrasonic motor,a measuring and controlling system with high performance,which can adjust the frequency,is developed for ultrasonic motors based on virtual instrument and USB-6251 are proposed,and related experiment circuit and application software are designed according to this system.LabVIEW can be used to achieve pulse drive signal generating,signal processing and data collecting.It has the extremely powerful and agile ability of data signal processing by the Matlab subroutine embedded in LabVIEW.After designing structure and simulating system by Simulink tools in Matlab,with the proposed strategy,excellent flexibility as well as high precision and good robustness is obtained by simulation based on LabVIEW.
