摘要

In mainland China, since the time of the reforming and opening policy implemented, the number of family enterprise has been increasing at a high speed. Most of private enterprises are family enterprise or managed as family enterprises. In the light of the constant promotion of private enterprise in Chinese economy and the leading role of the family enterprise, it becomes pressing how to guide Chinese family enterprise to develop healthily. This paper points out the advantage and disadvantage of family enterprise through studying the specific environment of business formation and development process. It also analyzes the factors of constraining its development.
机译：在中国大陆，自改革开放政策实施以来，家族企业的数量一直在高速增长。多数私营企业是家族企业或作为家族企业管理。鉴于民营企业在中国经济中的不断提升和家族企业的领导作用，如何引导中国家族企业健康发展已成为迫切的问题。通过研究企业组建和发展过程的具体环境，指出家族企业的利弊。还分析了制约其发展的因素。
