Field experiments have important role in crop breeding,agroehemicals testing and agricultural technologies development and more complicated technique is used for this purpose.But the problem to educate scientists to use this technique,to repair it at far distance institutions or scientific object and to establish and to conduct field experiments at the farm is arise.This paper introduces and briefly describes the development of a system approach to educate and to inform people and to use special Universal mobile device for technical and analytical providing of field experiments and research.The example of the device work in environmental assessment of the territory polluted by oil substances presented.
