Sustainable development is the development trend in today's society, but also a sign of civilization and progress of modern society as one. Sustainable development while brings the wealthy material life, so rich and colorful cultural life to the humanity. With the fast development of modern city, because the population, the wealth were high degree of concentration in the limited space, which will be keep main of the normal work infrastructure in the region; the lifeline project; the building will become huge and complex day by day; the region's stability will also face the challenge, especially the earthquake disaster will pose the big threat to the urbanized advancement and social economy's sustainable development. Therefore, only then the earthquake disaster management system's gradual consummation, a better promotion and maintains in the region for the social economy sustainable development.
