The majority of flight experiments with the use of cellrncultures and equipment like KUBIK and CRIOGEMrncarried out on board of the satellites (Bion, Foton) andrnISS only allows the after-flight biosamples to bernanalyzed. As far as with few exceptions, the real-timerncellular parameters registration for a long period is hardrnto be implemented. We developed the "Fluor-К"rnequipment – precision, small-sized, autonomous, twochannel,rnprogrammed fluorimeter. This device isrndesigned for registration of differential fluorescentrnsignal from organic and non-organic objects ofrnmicroscale in small volumes (cellular organellesrnsuspensions, animal and human cells, unicellular algae,rnbacteria, various fluorescent colloid solutions). Besidernthat, "Fluor-К" allows simultaneous detection ofrntemperature. The ground-based tests of the devicernproved successful. The developed software can supportrnexperimental schedules while real-time data registrationrnwith the built-in storage device allows changes inrnselected parameters to be analyzed using wide range ofrnfluorescent probes.
