摘要

As soon as possible out of the subprime crisis shadow, revitalize the manufacturing, the United States government made "re-industrialization" economic development strategic adjustment. Then reindustrialization is not simply return to traditional manufacturing field, but take to innovation as the center and the focus of the reconstruction strategy for high-end manufacturing competitiveness. The United States "re-industrialization" will be in the implementation of the strategy of product trade, technology competition, and other aspects to our potentially affect, and to China's manufacturing industry brings revelation direction. Our country should through the development strategic new industry, encourage the independent innovation, increasing the introduction of foreign advanced technology and management experience of dynamics path to improve our competitive manufacturing industry, promote the upgrading of the industrial manufacturing.
