Based experimental model on solar-sailboard structure, distributed curvature information is detected by space-division multiplex technique and wavelength division multiplex technique through the embedded FBG sensor network. In order to apperceive the sailboard's vibration shape and reconstruct its shape surface, the curved face fitting algorithm is deeply discussed, and design thought of three-dimensional curved face reconstruction and its visual display based on OpenGL is also expounded in this paper for realizing vibration shape reconstruction and visual display of solar-sailboard. On the basis of above, experimental simulation is finished by using the computer software technique and computer image processing technique, and the fitting algorithm and its visual result is realized successfully. Simulation results indicate that the face fitting algorithm in the paper can accurately response vibration shape of sailboard structure, and also show the curved face's three-dimensional dynamic reconstruction and visual display based on OpenGL technique not only are efficient,but also have lifelike effect, and research results provides a good dynamic visual structure vibration state model for the further research on active vibration control.
