摘要

In recent years,listed companies have announced that the group will gradually in recent years the achievement of the overall market. It becomes more and more important to the research of enterprise group listed as a whole with the increasing number of the enterprise group listed as a whole. At present, there is not a comprehensive evaluation to the research on the relationship between the subject character of board of directors and value of the whole enterprise. This paper selects 63 sample companies listed as a whole before in Dec.31,2010 from SHSE and SZSE,and analysis the relationship between the subject character of board and value of the whole enterprise through the OLS regression. The results indicated that the smaller the size of board, the higher value of the whole Group; Its positive correlation between the two positions separated and the value of whole Group; It is positive correlation between the education of directors and the value of Group listed as a whole; The stability of board, the frequency of board meetings, the directors shares and the independence of board were no significant linear correlated with the value of Group listed as a whole.
