The main problems of developing and implementing decision rules in intelligent decision support systems for assessing the efficiency and feasibility of innovative technical solutions are considered in the paper. Errors in the formation of decisive product rules are usually critical and can significantly reduce the efficiency of the algorithms of intelligent systems. As ways to combat this problem, the paper presents the basic principles of the formation of the decisive product rules, as well as the principles for determining the boundary values of the efficiency and the feasibility of innovative technical solutions for identifying areas of decision-making. An analysis of developing decision rules in decision support systems for assessing innovative solutions in the field of energy efficiency is performed as a calculation example.
