摘要

In this work we present a magnetic metal base transistor produced with simple processes. The emitter consists of C_(60) evaporated on the metal base (Co/Cu/Co multilayer) electrodeposited on a n-Si substrate that works as collector. In the common base configuration, the current measured in the collector increases significantly with the presence of an external magnetic field.
