摘要

Derived from the orientations of the company's general strategy, logistics focuses its generic orientations in compliance with the aimed performance level. The levels of services must be especially defined by integrating not only the market expectations, but also the performances of the competition. The activity directions which form the bases of system are level of the company logistic service and accomplishing the logistic product. An efficient logistic system is built by starting from a clear definition of its objectives with regard to service. To accomplishing the logistic product for which are necessary: using of the logistic, even since the phase of imagining the product, that supposes an additional diversity of the services brought to clients, a profitable source of considerable incomes, using for the evaluation of effort the indicator "Cost of Life Cycle"- LCC- which include purchase cost, cost of use (operating cost + cost of support), and cost of dissolution. Implementing the integrated logistic support supposes defining the logistical support and implementing the logistical support in practice. A good planning of the logistic system implies knowing the logistic families of physical distribution, of production, supply and after sale, planning and pilotage activities.
